Avery Dennison® launches 18 new Supreme Wrapping™ Films at FESPA 2017

OEGSTGEEST, the Netherlands - May 8, 2017 - Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions announced today a major expansion of its Supreme Wrapping™ Film portfolio, with 18 new colours. Additions include eight colours in a satin metallic finish, new single colours in gloss metallic, diamond and matt, and a new gloss finish option for the existing ColorFlow™ Series.
A new green-to-purple colour shifting material, Lightning Ridge, has also been added to the ColorFlow Series both in satin and gloss finishes. All of the new products will be on show at the Avery Dennison FESPA 2017 stand at Hamburg (Hall B7, stand C40, May 8-12).
Oliver Guenther, marketing director, Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions Europe, said that customers are asking for ever more colour options: "We know how important pushing the limits of creativity is to our installers, and these new materials combine a truly arresting visual impact with all of the ease of installation that has made Supreme Wrapping Film so popular. The films offer easy positioning, long term removability and bubble-free application."
The Supreme Wrapping Film Satin Metallic additions, available in Europe, are Dove Grey, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Grey Blue, Dark Blue, Graphite, Hans Brown and Light Brown. Also available are Matte Blue and Gloss Metallic Acid Green, along with Diamond Silver (which is available globally).
Also available globally are all Supreme Wrapping Film ColorFlow Series films, which will now have a gloss finish option. Installers can choose between a satin and a gloss finish for Rising Sun (red/gold), Urban Jungle (silver/green), Roaring Thunder (blue/red), Fresh Spring (gold/silver) and Rushing Riptide (cyan/purple), and for the newest colour changing Lightning Ridge (green/purple).
"Adding a gloss option to the existing satin option for ColorFlow films takes these wraps to the next level," said Jeroen van den Top, Installer from Van der Top Folienmontage. "The new range, including Lightning Ridge, creates an ever-changing range of four to five colours as the viewing angle changes - just like having several wraps in one."
The Supreme Wrapping Film portfolio now offers more than 100 colours and finishes, all with the best in class performance and easy installation characteristics. Easy Apply RS™ air egress technology allows Supreme Wrapping Films to be repositioned and applied bubble-free while the adhesive is long-term clean removable.
