The leading attraction to Roemheld Stand J4 at Interplas 2011 will be the M-TECS magnetic clamping system.
The M-TECS magnetic clamping system is the only product on the market to work continuously at 240oC. It is very safe as it is based on a permanent magnet solution and requires no external power to remain clamped. It can also easily be fitted to both new and old machines, whether injection moulding or rubber moulding presses.
The M-TECS system also overcomes many of the problems of conventional clamping systems: long change over time, clamping points in less than ideal positions, hot working area, differing size, shapes and number of moulds.
Visitors to the stand will be able to see a live demonstration of the system, showing both the ease of use and the high clamping power available.
On the stand there will also be demonstrations of a range of clamping products for injection and rubber moulding presses.
