MAKOR GROUP will exhibit at Xylexpo 2012 its latest innovations for panel coating, profile finishing, panel edge sealing and sanding.
Regarding edge technology, a complete edge sealing plant mod. GEMINI will be exposed with special applicator, patented by Makor, that makes it possible to seal chipboard panel edges by using a clear UV putty material.
The UV sealing process for chipboard edges is addressed to both clients who must produce lacquered panels from melamine-faced chipboard panels as well as producers of wrapped panels who are using always more attractive finished papers (that tend however to be thinner and thinner, hence the need for correctly smoothing/sealing the edges).
Thanks to the expertise and sanding solutions of the sister company TECNOLEGNO, since several years MAKOR has supplied complete lines for coating edges of panels in MDF to most of the main companies operating in this field in Italy and abroad, for example SWEDWOOD and some of its main suppliers.
A well proven technology that now can be extended to chipboard with obvious advantages for the final user in terms of raw material costings and finished product pricing.
