Luoyang Zhili Industry Co., Ltd is a professional works in manufacturing wear-resistant material and anti-friction material,such as blow bar of Hazemag. It is established in 1995 and passed audit ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management Certification.
In 1998 the alloyed super high-manganese hammer was presented in China market.
In 2002, the super high-manganese materials series was developed, it is achieved that the spare parts of global famous crusher or mill equipments companies (as Germany Aubema, Krupp & Hazemag) are made of China.
In 2004, bimetal thermal-composite wear-resistance materials was developed, which we have whole intellectual property of it. We successfully combined two different features of high-hardness materials and high-ductile materials into single part to full work. This part of work degree hardness is HRC62-65, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, excellent overall performance. It is especially used to the hammer and board hammer of large crushers & the lining plate of large ball mill, Remarkable effects particularly when it worked in harsh environment of mining conditions, for many crushing field as limestone, cement clinker, sand stone, coal spoil, basalt etc. |
