Introduction
WZS series linear vibrating sieve is widely used to sieve the fine grain and powder materials in the industries such as food, plastics, grinding material, building material, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, resign powder, abrasives, ceramic material, etc.
Structure introduction
This equipment is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame,vibration motor, supporting device.
1) Screen box: mainly welded by Q235 plain carbon steel
2) Screen frame: screen frame can be made by plain carbon steel or stainless steel
3) Vibration motor: two sets of horizontal vibration motor installed in the equipment as vibration source, can produce exciting force to adapt to different requirements by adjusting the motor eccentric block at both ends
4) Supporting device: including supporting springs and supporting frame which welded by iron channel. Inclination of the screen can be modulated by changing the height of support legs. |
