Production line features:
1.Gathering up all the technology accumulation of our hundreds of high speed plastics pipe production line and composite plastics pipe production line,based on digesting the advanced production technology of world class equipment,it is an independently developed production line ,with the highest speed and the most reliable performance among similar equipments in China.
2.It adopts the perfect and reliable imported programmable PCC computer system to do centralized controlling,entering by the setting password,with a high producing speed,stable running steadily and easy operation.
3.The procedures of water dropper feeding,screening,conveying,storing,fixed supply,inlaying can be completed continuously and synchronously,ensuring the water dropper can be sent accurately to the adhesive position of water dropper and plastic pipe,and achieving a firm adhesion.
4.The screw , die head and calibrator of the extruder have an unique structure ,the extrusive material with even plasticizing and dispersibility,stable quality of pipe surface.5.Adopting the two-stages pulling machine with servo control,the pulling speed can be adjusted synchronously according to the production requirement ,with stable and reliable pulling and low noise. 6.The water hole of drip irrigation pipe adopts mechanical punching controlled by PLC,and equipped with residue recovery system,with a high punching speed,accurate position,without residual residue bits.
7.The production line is equipped with blind hole detecting system online,when the system detects the pipe without being punched ,it will cut off the pipe automatically ,change the working position at the same time,and display the length of waste pipe.
8.Adopting auto double working position coiling machine,independent Siemens PLC programmable system ,entering by the setting password,imported servo driving motor,adjustable winding displacement pitch,it has the function of auto cutting off the pipe and auto changing coiling disc during the production,no influence to the continuous of auto cutting off the pipe and auto changing coiling disc during the production,no influence to the continuous and high speed production,equipped with torque controlling unit,accurate sync control with pipe production speed. |
