PE Wood Composite (WPC ) Profile Production Line
Characteristics of the production line: adopts frequency inverter extruder, the optimal specially designed screw for PE WPC material, capacity increases 50%, and power saving reaches to 30%; equipped with special reducer, the barrel and screw are under bimetallic treatment, which is unti-wear and corrosion resistance. The PE and wood material can be either mixed and extruded directly or separate into two steps, i.e. granulation first, and then extrude for final product. The whole line is of stable production and long service life, area saving and energy saving, high capacity, good plasticization result. The optimal designed screw has the advantages of long shearing, not easy to cut off the wood fiber, and keep material stay evenly in the extruder. The wood and agricultural fiber material can account to 50-70%.
PE WPC Finished Product Characteristics: environment protective, water proof, damp proof, anti-corrosion, mildew prevent and deformation resistance, and it recyclable. The products have very good wood texture, beautiful color, no need to further treatment, especially suitable to use in damping environment. The products are easily to processed like wood, such as drill, nail, planning, cutting, joint printing and so on.
