For filling open veneer joints or small splits on veneers or solid wood panels using high viscosity liquid base coating.
The Bürkle twin roller coating machine RCF can be used either as a standard roller coater or as a "filler applying machine" with a reverse rotating smoothing roller for high viscosity materials for filling veneer joints or splits in the veneer.
Fields of Application
Especially with beech or cherry veneers the RCF replaces often a complicated veneer jointing line or reduces the number or roller coating machines for base coating because the veneer joints will be filled with base coat with the reversing smoothing roller.
Design of the Machine
Stable machine frame built with vibration-absorbing cast iron.
Independent transport system mounted into the machine frame. For maintenance the transport system can be removed easily.
Continuous conveyor belt with solid support tables.
Separate, frequency-controlled direct drives for transport, applying, doctor and smoothing rollers.
Separate motorized height adjustments for applying and smoothing unit.
Explosion-proof motors and switches.
Switch cabinet and control panel not explosion-proof outside the hazardous area.
