QGF-600 series primary filler is a kind of equipment purposed for 5 gallon barreled drinking water. The total machine is integrated with washing, filling and capping. It is the best equipment for the production of mineral water, distilled water and pure water. The whole machine is made from quality stainless steel, so it is anticorrosive and easy to clean. The pneumatic components introduce Mitsubishi famous products. Both interior and exterior nozzles are designed by U.S. Spray Corporation. This machine has compact structure, high, stable and reliable work efficiency and high degree of automation. It is the auxiliary equipment for the mechanical-electric-pneumatic integrated barreled production line.

The washing process has nine working procedures in all: the first one is to use circulated water to clean interior barrel and exterior barrel. The second and the third procedures are to use hot alkaline water to clean interior, exterior barrels and the bottom. The fourth and the fifth procedures are to use thimerosal to clean interior and exterior barrels. The sixth one is to use thimerosal drip. The seventh and the eighth procedures are to use finished-product water to clean interior barrel. The last one is to use water drop.
