Interior structure
This machine is suitable for the production of PET bottled carbonated drink (carbonated beverage), like Coca Cola, FANTA, Sprite and carbonated mineral water, etc.. It has following features:
1. All the parts directly contacting with material like filling cylinder and filling valve are made from quality stainless steel or innoxious material. So it accords with the standard of food sanitation.
2. The seal parts are made from thermal -resistant rubber, which meets the need of disinfection in high temperature.
3. Adopt PLC controller. The whole process from bottle entering into machine to finishing packing is controlled by transducer. So it is easy for user to adjust the equipment and it meets different technical requirements.
4. Adopt isotonic filling principle and popular spring valve, which guarantees drink''s quality.
5. Adopt advanced magnetic centrifugal adjustment moment device, which guarantees sealing quality.
6. The primary electric components and pneumatic components introduce international famous products, such as Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron and so on.
