This machine uses the Polypropylene(PP) or high density polyethylene(HDPE) material to produce tapes for PPwoven bags,weaving through production procedures of material heating & extruding,splitting the film into tapes.stretching & forming tapes,and then winding on the bobbins by winding machine,finally put the bobbins with tapes on circular loom for weaving.
The tape extruding & stretching machines are our,With the use of special and advanced technology,we have refored this series machine many times.Through iproving,the machine can be fit for all kinds of PP&PE material,such as 100% recycled material,powder or grain material,to produce tapes.The screw and barrel of extruder are ade of high quality 38CroA1A alloy steel,the hardness is over Hv950 after nitriding treatment.It has the performance of easy operation & maintenance,reliable quality & running and long usage life.
