PVC wall panel and ceiling panel extrusion line is mainly used for extrusion production of pvc wall panel and ceiling panel. This line can be combined with different types of extruders and accessory machinery according to different sizes of the panels. Extruder adopts cast-aluminium heating circles, high quality thermo-controllers, air blowers for cooling, AC/DC inverter and screw core oil circulation cooling.
Calibrating tables adopts special cooling system, which can guarantee the effective cooling. Haul off machine adopts special lifting technology, which works stably with powerful hauling force.
Cutting machine works together with extrusion line synchronously, installed with length-setting unit, which can guarantee high speed cutting, uniform length of cutting.
The panel produced by this line has the advantages of light weight, moisture-proof, heat insulation, and it''s not easy to fire or deform. It''s smooth, beautiful, no harm odor, easy to paint, install.
