System for surface inspection of miscellaneous plastic profiles
PSP-W400 was designed for the inline surface inspection of PVC window profiles. Surface defects like ? Enclosures ? Scratches and Grooves ? Dimples etc. are detected and clossified by the system in real-time. The standard system can be adapted to each specific inspection task by selecting the appropriate camera- and illumination modules.
Detection of Surface Defects
Surface defects are detected and shown on the monitor with picture and data, i.e. position, size, type. All defects are also stored in a log file. The user operates the system completely via touchscreen, which allows a very intuitive handling of all system functions.
