The double-row slewing ring has three seat-ring. The steel balls and spacers may be directly arranged into the upper and lower raceways. Two rows of steel balls with different diameters are fitted according to the load.
Such open mode fitting featur extraordinary convenience. The load angles of both upper and lower race are 90 degree, which enable the bearing to bear large axial force from the resultant moment.
When the radial force is large than 1/10 of the axial force the raceways should be especially designed.
As the axial and radial dimension of the double-row ball slewing rings are rather large, the bearing construction is sturdy, hence it is especially suit able for tower cranes which requiring working diameter over medium range, mobile cranes and loading and unloading machinery.
