The VECTOR series represents the perfect synthesis of ??radition and innovation". This particular range was conceived with the idea of combining all the results reached in the past with current as well as future needs.
The clamping unit has been completely re-designed according to the most updated calculation criteria, making the unit even more robust and reliable. The machine is also recognized for large rectangular distance between tie bars, increased moving platen and ejector strokes, as well as easier access to the mould and its functions. Other particularly interesting elements of this new solution is the injection unit equipped with a quick change system for screws and cylinders and a plasticizing unit designed to process different kind of plastic materials.
The VECTOR series machines, which can operate at high pressures and speeds, also catch the eye for their new mechanics and a layout designed to make operator intervention easier than ever before.
The hydraulic component system has been reduced to a minimum and, thanks to the use of variable delivery pumps (which guarantee complete execution of the closed loop phases); the control plant has also been completely renovated. As far as the touch screen control system is concerned, its large dimensions with high resolution makes it ideal for displaying all the information on the screen, perfectly suitable for complex applications and particularly appropriate for any industrial environment thanks to the front side in aluminum and a linear design.
