Clean Room Ready
Pneumatic QF Valve Gate systems are ideal for clean room molding applications such as medical disposables. Zero gate vestige and pneumatic actuation allows consistent and rapid closing of the valve pin, complimenting part weight and dimension requirements.
Nozzle Design
The Quick-Flo™ (QF) nozzle design utilizes a compression fit onto the manifold. The mold retainer and back plates secure the entire system into the injection half.
Shot Weights
This QF (8mm channel) is ideal for 30-375g shot weights in the following industries / applications:
