Fiberglass filter material-TEX is a new material which is manufactured by bonding the micro porous ePTFE membrane to the surface of fiberglass cloth. It is widely used in the cement and, metallurgical industries for dust and flue cleaning and precious particles recovery.
- It features "Surface filtration" to avoid filter media clogging from conventional deep filtration.
- High filtration efficiency. It has a dust collection efficiency of 99% for fine dust under 1 micron and 100% for dust over 5 micron. Low filter resistance, reduce energy consumption of system.
- Reduce dust cleaning times, prolong service life.
- Greater airflow, less land required for equipment and lower down investment.
