Founded in 1983, F&S is a global supplier of injection and compression tooling ranging from single cavity proto-types to 128 cavity interchangeable tools. Based in Northwestern Pennsylvania USA, the current solutions portfolio includes unscrewing, stack, multi-shot, rotational co-injection, and collapsible core molds. F&S Tool is currently housed in two facilities, within walking distance, which encompasses over 50,000 square feet. Facilities are equipped with the latest mold making equipment available. The state of the art climate controlled facilities includes a fully equipped production tool-room that has recently completed a 3 year, 4 million dollar expansion. Machine highlights include multiple 5 axis jig bores with robotics, as well as complete in house base plate machining centers. These investments, coupled with the ability to certify work in process with multiple Zeiss CMM machines, ensure accurate documented dimensions of our clients finished product.
